Kevin Kirchmeier is one of Arizona’s most effective political fundraisers and campaign strategists. Over the years, he’s helped bring in more than $25 million for candidates and causes up and down the ballot. His work has reached every corner of the political world — from city council and county races to congressional, gubernatorial, and senate campaigns, along with state and national party committees, independent expenditures, and major ballot initiatives.
Most recently, Kevin helped steer Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego’s reelection efforts and political operation, a role that also put him at the center of Arizona’s 2024 presidential fundraising events.
Kevin grew up in the San Diego area — in Vista, California, the inspiration behind the name Vista Strategies — before heading to Northern Arizona University, where he earned a degree in Environmental Policy. He got his start in politics in northern Arizona and eventually made his way to Phoenix.

Jack Keeney is an experienced political consultant who most recently served as Director of Constituent Services for District 6 Phoenix Councilman Kevin Robinson.

Jack previously worked as the Campaign Coordinator for Anna Tovar’s successful Corporation Commission election campaign in 2020 and assisted with various campaigns, including the Invest in Ed initiative.
Jack was raised in Casa Grande, Arizona, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Arizona State University.
